Rated 10/10 for Staff, Cleanliness, Location, Facilities, Comfort, Value for Money, and Overall Experience. Very clean and comfortable rooms, and my family was welcomed with so much cheerfulness. The delicious breakfast and the owner's kind gesture of a free ride to the bus station made our stay even better. A small issue was quickly resolved, and my family didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing experience, and I will definitely return whenever visiting Blackpool again.

Exceeded expectations—well worth the money with exceptional hosts, Kevin & Mai, who provided great interaction with guests and were always available during the day. The hotel room was great value for money, and I was even offered the chance to switch rooms with above-and-beyond customer service. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, whether buffet or served. The fantastic location is close to the center and all attractions. If you stay here, talk to your hosts—they are so endearing. I stayed at the Glendor—this place was comfortable, and the breakfast was all laid out for you (cereals, fruit, toast, butter, spread, jams, etc., and a cooked breakfast). You can help yourself, with the hot breakfast items kept topped up by the owners. Overall, this was a nice hotel/B&B in a good location, about a 5-minute walk to the seafront and a 10-minute walk from the railway station.
